Important Note: Due to hygiene reasons, innerwear products are not eligible for return or exchange unless the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item/color/size is delivered.

Eligible for Exchange

Exchange is available if you receive a damaged product, defective product, wrong item, wrong color, or wrong size from our side.

Product Condition

The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original packaging, tags, and all included items.
